Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: > Asbestos inspections and management plans for clients including NYC ACP type asbestos investigations > IAQ, lead and microbial investigations > Asbestos and lead abatement designs and specifications > Operations and maintenance program report preparation in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all federal, state, and local rules and regulations > Client management, project management, and management of project business functions such as productivity/billability, unbilled inventory, invoicing, job profitability and collections > Staff supervision, training and performance review > Report generation, report review and QA/QC
