Details: Cardno is seeking a Cost and Pricing Manager in our Arlington, VA office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: > Prepares cost proposals in response to specific solicitation requirements and relevant regulations > Provides guidance on initial salaries, consultant rates, allowances, and social charges > Assists proposal teams with pricing strategy and facilitates proposal pricing strategy meetings > Assists proposal managers with Decision to Bid Forms, and prepares and submits analysis of final budgets to executive team members > Assists proposal managers with partnering strategy > Liaises with partners on cost proposal requirements and negotiates partner budgets > Provides guidance and technical assistance to partners on topics related to pricing > Drafts, reviews, and negotiates Teaming Agreements > Drafts, reviews, and negotiates Memorandums of Understanding > Develops and maintains cost proposal template library > Develops proposal pricing strategies, tools, and templates > Performs red checks of budget spreadsheets > Reviews and serves as signatory of Biographical Data Sheets > Designs materials for and delivers training courses on topics related to cost and pricing > Assists with development of company policies related to cost and pricing > Assists with resolution of contractual issues and interpretation of relevant regulations > Assists with development of company policies related to contract compliance and risk management > Assists with budget realignments > Assists with start-up, close-out, and interim reviews of projects’ subcontract, grant, and personnel files assists with resolution of contractual issues and interpretation of relevant regulations > Manage a Pricing Specialist
